Some people seem to think that there are four pairs on the picture, this is not the case. The four pictures are the four sides of the two shoes. If you'd like a pair, and while bearing that in mind, would you like an exact replica of those? Just to be sure. I can't guarantee anything, as you probably have already seen in the other comments.
